Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer standard and express shipping options where available.

Domestic Shipping (Jordan): Standard shipping within Jordan typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Soundnest is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at salah1amawi@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
